i ordered 10 bags of tobacco, I received 5 bags. I tried to call them and was on hold for 35 minutes as "your call in next" played over and over...
I'll never spent another dime with them. They lost a 10 year customer.

I have not received a tracking number yet; I ordered on June 1st. I cannot call them because it's just a recording.
I've emailed them several times and they haven't responded back. In my past orders, when I did get tracking information, it would be after I've received my order.

I ordered some tobacco and filters on Jan 8. I paid the 6-8 day shipping.
My check cleared my bank. I have not received my order as of Jan 23. I have sent numerous inquiries and have heard NOTHING. I have ordered many times from Tobacco General and have always received my order.
They provided a tracking number that does not work so I have no idea where my order is or if or when I will receive it. There is no one that answers their customer service line except a recording that says because of covid shipments may be delayed. What do I have to do to see when or if I will receive my order? $300 may not seem much to you but for someone on a fixed income it is very hurtful.
Can ANYONE please check into this for me?

I made an order on August 30th it is now September 23rd I have not received my order I have not been refunded I checked my bank statement and when I click on the tracking link it says error 404 tracking code not found I have had to spend double what I paid tobacco General for tobacco just waiting for my order this is ridiculous I need to speak with a supervisor to resolve this issue.

Order 8-1lb. bags of tobacco and 15 filter tubes, products were crammed into a box way too small, and 5 boxes of tubes were totally damaged.
E-mailed company twice, no reply. Contacted customer service, they wanted pictures, didn't want to take the time or the trouble, ordered products from their competitor.

Bank debited on 21st order, but no further info, I received last order on 24th, I reordered on 21st and acct was debited, but haveent received confirmation of order/pls advise, order was for the previous product
